So… this is my NEW OBSESSION!! I was introduced to “COUPON-ING” by a good friend of mine Rachel Barringer. She is my COUPON hero!! She has a number of times gone shopping and the store ends up OWING her money!! AH HA!! This is not only my new OBSESSION, but also another one of my part time jobs. You will see in some of the pictures that I will post that I am saving anywhere between 50-97% on my shopping trips. For groceries I am usually hitting 50% off but am trying to use different techniques to save more. I have not changed our normal eating habits, rather I just buy the things we eat ONLY when they are on sale, but I’ll buy a lot of them – stock piling! Our monthly grocery bill is about $200 for food now – and don’t you worry my BIG TOUGH STRONG husband is eating very well; we buy a lot of chicken and lunch meat!
We will NEVER have to spend money on the following items: toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, some medicines, condoms (any one need some? hee hee), lotions, shampoo, conditioners, razors, panty liners and tampons, random sports drinks and more.
Now, if you see anything in these pictures that looks strangely like what you open for your Christmas present… just know that the bottom line is that we LOVE YOU but do not have the cash flow to buy you that new car you wanted! :)
